MAWANGDUI DAOYIN SHU QIGONG BASED ON 2000 YRS OLD SILK PAINTING

In the workshop we learn 12 movement exercises which are based on 39 different daoyin movements portrayed in a silk painting ca 2000 yrs ago. This Qigong stretches body tissues, muscles and joints softly, helping the inner power Qi to circulate more freely. It combines body, breathing and mind to one entity, guiding each other. Movements are slow and easy to learn, suitable for everybody.


XINFENG ZHOU TUNA BREATHING AND XIANGLI VISUALIZATION

In the other part of the workshop we study different breathing and visualization methods to cultivate our three treasures - body essence, vital energy and spirit.


KAUKO UUSOKSA has practiced several Qigong (Chi Kung) methods since seventies, including ways to train Qi energy in and around us by stretching, massage and movement, breathing, silent concentration and meditation, visualization and through inner cultivation of elixir.
